Just a small update of more stocks at Atelier store .. late November - December mailing.. postal has been delayed since it’s christmas and all ~

The arrival of new merchandise for sale at the Atelier Toys-and-Craft store. Any series recommendations are appreciated :) Getting busy, setting up the site for mid-November.

Another report from Atelier Toys and Craft blog! Arriving are two special dolls; we have yet another Pullip named Angelique (from the series; Neo Angelique Abyss) and a new ‘Isul’ - the brother of Pullip; he is dress as Motonari from Sengoku Basara - and up for sale!

Angelique is one interesting Pullip, unlike the other stands, hers is a stunning semi-transparent turquoise stand! It even has some slight sparkle on it too. Isul Motonari has clothing very close to his anime counterpart, altho you can also customise his own clothes than the green cucumber suit he wears.

Hello Everyone!

Thank you all for watching this blog, especially for this wonderful Pullip from Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler). The last time you saw him/her, was from the box display and there did not seem to be as much ‘personality’ than just her inside.

So thus, the decision was to have her out to show her quality and good traits.

*ahem* So without farther waiting, here are some nice garden photos I have taken of Grell Sutcliff (or I have renamed her as ‘Gretal’) when she was first opened, it is so tightly secured (had wires around her neck, legs, to keep them from shifting, + countless of plastic tape and plastic tapes.) it takes awhile to remove her carefully.

As soon as I got her glasses on, her character starts shining!

Here are her beauty shots:

Gretal (Grell) is admiring the roses, which are as cherry red as her lovely hair :) (The coat was tricky to wear back, so I left her one arm out)

This shot was also to show my mother’s hard work on the roses she planted a year or two ago ^_^ Gretal has noticed what a lovely smell that is coming from this flower…

So, Gretal takes ahold of the velvety rose, close her eyes to give a sniff. (my favourite photo) Pullips can close their eyes - which are buttons at the back of her head. In this shot, I have her eyes close to take in the scent.

“How simply divine~ The rose matches my cloak as well”.

Lastly a front shot of her face, where you can see Gretal’s closed eyes better :) This angle of the rose almost looks like a red lotus! The shot looks more like she’s praying/meditating instead of edging forward.

All this way, I had to grab her stand by one hand (the stand is really steady; has a pair of metal clips so it keeps her torso in place. Sadly her shoes can stain, so she is currently barefoot, until I find better shoes)

A belated update as today was a very busy ‘ordering’ products and having the book keeping in check.. dealing with a certain uncooperative store and better services on others.

Anyways, look at the new parcel that arrived!! :D I took the photos in the morning, so they have that sunlight beam striking down on the table. (I’m not a great photographer but I try my best.) We have/selling Hetalia country character straps, which not many hobby stores do sadly, or the ones I go to, tends to aim their products towards the male audience more. 

They come in adorable little square boxes! :D Each strap is just light enough to hang off your cell and/or house keys. At Atelier T&C, we unfortunately did not managed to carry the first strap set (with the main Axis Powers).

Then next, the first 1/7 scale Kotobukiya figurine! It’s the character known as ‘KuroNeko’ from the hit anime show; Ore no Imouto~ and it is a lovely figure, the details are astounding (I can give another blog entry on it).

Lastly, we have a report of a special plush character ;) Yuno meets the famous pretty boy; Okita Souji from Hakouki! (He is very limited so there isn’t much copies of him around) but at our store, we managed to get him! Thanks to speedy work.

Just had to compliment an impressive Star Driver cosplay skit at Singapore’s Cosfest convention. Sadly I feel really bad for not being able to go there in time for it… amazing work! Not only did the singing of Monochrome was great, they even have a walking Tauburn *_* Love this!

It’s another update in the little shop :) Just gotten my room extended for the upcoming products, we have 2 double shelves! The top section is mostly for the Pullip boxes, they take up much height space, or 1/7-1/8 scale pvcs.

Visited HobbyCo store yesterday, to get myself the one only character I wanted from R-Style trading set. The blue-hair singer Sakana-chan from Star Driver! I’m overjoyed the ‘surprise’ box show the silhouette of who you’re getting per box, which is great since I don’t fancy the Glittering Cruz dominatrix ladies.

Sadly some figures come like this… a factory defect where her mouth went unpainted! Tsk tsk! Oh well, I’m glad they aren’t chibi keychains and is a nice figure. I was considering taking in R-style surprise boxes… have to observe how they ‘really’ look in real life and glad I did.

Apparently there has been news of parcel delay at the post office due to the volcanic eruption in Chille ;__; I’m alright with delays, thanks for telling me.. just hope those people aren’t hurt too badly.

And now, back to the studio… what have we got here??

It seems a certain red-hair reaper has arrived at Atelier Toys and Craft store~! ‘She’ came in a large box much like Miku Pullip did, the box is well-embroidered with various black/white patterns, beautiful gothic touch!

Why, it’s no other than the sophisticated ‘self-proclaim’ great death god, Grell Sutcliff. He is an interesting ‘villian’ from the hit anime show; Kuroshitsuji (aka: Black Butler) which Funimation has licensed and retained the esscence of Britain in their dialogues :)

As Grell likes to say:

“There is only one Shinigami… I am DEATH!! <3 “

Most of the popular character merchandise focused on Ciel and Sebastian. So at the store, we have brought an exclusive Grell Pullip. Now he can be the ‘woman’ he’s usually envisioning himself to be :)

Here are the rest of Pullip Grell’s items that make his character;

• His large cherry-red glasses
• A chibi Sebastian voodoo doll (based on the manga art)
• The profile card of Grell
• Nice black matching doll stand + clothes

The only thing I’m disappointed Jun Planning.co did not do, was give him, his signature blood chainsaw! The reaper’s saw when he made his appearance as ‘Jack the Ripper’. (At least they improved when Masamune was made).

Taa daa~ Look who has arrived in the mail today at Atelier Toys and Craft studio :) It is the large sized Hatsune Miku as a Pullip doll! In real life she is one enormous beauty; the postal box had to be large enough to fit this Vocaloid, the weight wasn’t a big problem. She comes with a cloth leek, stand, a profile card and well-crafted clothes! Amazing work from Groove :)

Then arrived with her, is the adorable Yuno Scryer from the Nanoha Movie 1st as the Nendoroid plush :) He comes with wired arms and legs. Good Smile Company has recently placed the ‘gold sticker’ to show he is indeed authentic and not bootleg.
